You can also visit us at the market office trailer during market hours.

Please note ALL vendors MUST have a New York Sales Tax Certificate. You can download the form by using this link: Application for a Sales Tax Certificate of Authority.

Vendors may purchase daily or monthly tickets.

  • Daily vendors should call ahead as some merchandise categories are sold out.
  • Vendors should bring a copy of their New York Sales Tax Certificate in order to sell.

Vendor Rates

Following are the Empire State Market vendor rates:

New Merchandise Daily $100/space
New Merchandise Monthly
Monthly $75/day
Used Merchandise Daily Daily $100/space
Used Merchandise Monthly Monthly $65/day


Please note these rates are for one 25′ x 18′ space.
Additional spaces are available for an added cost.
